CLUB HOCKEY INFORMATION
General
The Miami University RedHawks are a university sanctioned sport club, and are
not affiliated with varsity athletics, therefore there is no recruiting nor
scholarships offered.
Although
Miami University provides the club with significant funding, players are
responsible for paying their own fees in order to play. Players on the team
must carry nine credit hours and maintain a 2.00 grade point average to be eligible
to play.
League
Miami is a Division II member club of the American
Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA). The team competes in the
Great Midwest Hockey League (GMHL), the premier
Division II club hockey league in the country.

Season
The ClubHawks play a 22-24 game regular season schedule. Post-season
play includes the GMHL Tournament and possibly the ACHA
Division II National Tournament.
Past Accomplishments
- The
2001-2002
ClubHawks composed an
overall record of 17-4-2 and a league record of 12-2-1, finishing No. 3 in
the nation.
- The 2000-2001
ClubHawks composed an
overall record of 18-5-1and a league record of 11-3-0, finishing No. 5 in
the nation.

The 1999-2000
ClubHawks composed an overall record of 22-2-4 and a league record
of 12-1-3, finishing off the year as national
champions on a 20 game unbeaten streak of 18-0-2.
